In the Home Access Center when you login you may be asked to create the two questions.

 

If this comes up, please create two questions to make it easier to retrieve your password if you cannot remember it in the future. Here are some examples of questions:

 

What city were you born in?

What was the name of your first dog?

What is your favorite color?

 

Please be sure to create both a question and the answer that you can remember.
